The first thing that I would do is check the work center file (LWK). When FLT is written, the system gets the hourly rates from the 4 buckets in LWK. The work center rates may have been changed since the last time the shop order was created, which would explain why the FOD rates are different. -----Original Message----- From: THarteau@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:THarteau@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, March 05, 2003 11:57 AM To: bpcs-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: FOD & FLT Hi, I am trying to do some reconciliation of shop orders and I have found something disturbing on some shop orders. If I take all labor in FLT that is for the shop order/operation and extend by the rate, I come up with $116.82. When I look at FOD for the operation, it only has $98.9422. It doesn't appear to be a record or combination of records that is missing. In one case, there was only two labor records, and neither is the difference amount. Has anyone run across this before? Any ideas on what might be wrong? As far as I know, there has been no problems with our labor processing. Thanks for any ideas. <===================================================> Terri Harteau **************** "There's no point in being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes." - Dr. Who **************** _______________________________________________ This is the SSA's BPCS ERP System (BPCS-L) mailing list To post a message email: BPCS-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/bpcs-l or email: BPCS-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/bpcs-l.
