BPCS not working at all -- BPCS-L

Hi all,

I'm running BPCS 6.1.0 client server on AS400 and I'm experiencing a big
problem right now. 
when users try to get in BPCS there jobs jammed in the AS/400 and takes high
percentage of CPU and they are not able to get in.
The wired thing is that happen in two of our systems even the setup is
completely independent.
Any help in this issue will be appreciated.
