Roy: When you enter a facility on INV300, much of the data comes from the
Item Warehouse Inventory file (IWI) and Item/Facility (CIC). Leaving
facility off, it reads from Item Master (IIM). You will likely need to run
the reorg program that resets the on order quantity values into IWI and IIM
from the SYS01 menu. These consistently get out of synch. Some of my client
put this and other reorgs in a nightly or weekly automated job stream.

Hello All!!

We are on BPCS ver 6.1.01,Mixed Mode AS400

If we take item inquiry using Material Status inquiry
(INV300), it is not showing "on order qty" and the
detail of POs (F22 - Orders on INV300) for that item

However, if we see this item without putting Facility
code in INV300, It shows the Order Qty.

We have single facility.

Any idea , Please!!
