We've already started hearing from some IT Directors regarding BPCS
oriented
project approvals and related hiring needs for next year.  I wanted to let
everybody know that you can now give us a heads up weeks, or even months in
advance on projected hiring needs.  We'll start preparing pools of viable
temporary/ permanent candidates for positions you anticipate.
