HiHo

Weather is still great. No rain yet. My garden is yielding a beautiful green
tomato, heck the kids next door are using them for baseballs.

Try these SQL Statements from a command line

1. SELECT * FROM ITH WHERE TPROD NOT IN (SELECT IPROD FROM IIM) AND
THCOM = ' '

2. SELECT * from ILI WHERE LPROD NOT IN (SELECT IPROD FROM IIM)

3. SELECT * from IWI WHERE WPROD NOT IN (SELECT IPROD FROM IIM)

4. SELECT * FROM FRT WHERE RPROD NOT IN (SELECT IPROD FROM IIM)

5. SELECT * FROM MBM WHERE BPROD NOT IN (SELECT IPROD FROM IIM)

These are only a few SQL Statements to verify your system integrity. If these
SQL Statements yield results don't panic. You probably are carrying incorrect
data from version to version ( I hope PENTOP is not one of those items) or you
are importing data to BPCS via bridging.

Your (IIM) Item Master is the key center point. Compare Items found in other
data files to the (IIM).

IMPORTANT:

Kevin is correct in mentioning the (HPC) Commodity File. The (ITH) Transaction
History File does contain a mix of Items (IIM) and (HPC) Commodities.

There other files such as the (ELA) Lot Master File. It is important NOT TO
DELETE any of the records in the (ELA) file.

The same can be said for.

        (HPO) Purchase order detail
        (ECL) Order Detail

These are only a few of the files.

I hope this helps
