Hi Jim
i Belive you need a consultant in the place and someone in charge in the UK
site but i run Mrp only V6.04 in 3 sites implementaion shouldn't take months.

but you need to know thw bussines: make to stock/order (forcast or orders)
delivery time set up,forcast put in place ,ect. and alot of help from employee
who  should feel part of the game  and not enforced to do so..
