Bill,

Utlimately not selecting OV will produce an extract file (RNO -
non-officevision) containing the processed RAR record references. This file
you download, query, etc.

Subject: A/R Dunning Letters

We are at 405CD and are considering beginning the dunning process for
our customers. Reading through the docs it says that Office Vision is
used for the letters. Seeing as OV is uninstalled when upgrading
OS400 to V5R1, I see this as a dead end road. We are currently at
V4R5, but will most likely soon upgrade.

What other options have people used to do this process without OV? It
seems to me I should be able to use Mail Merge and Microsoft Word, but
I'd be going without BPCS' help, true?

Bill
