It is pretty tough to find since the help text is not position sensitive, but it
is there MANY screens deep:
Status (1,0):
Purchase order Header status.
0 New purchase order, not received and not costed.
1 At least one line received or costed.
2 All lines fully received but not fully costed.
3 Purchase Order closed. All lines fully received and
fully costed.
