HiHo Bill you must be confused beyond your wildest dreams by now. 1. In my first e-mail I mentioned change of Physical Box. IBM has confirmed to me that when you change Physical Boxes you are given a new serial number. 2. We are currently on V4R4M0 and using a 820 model. 3. Bill phone IBM concerning the best possible way for you to upgrade from V4R4M0. 4. I would request a new CPU key from SSA.
