The VLA file came up when I was modifying JIT6* & SFC6* in BPCS 405 CD.
I suspect that it is a work file for processing crew reporting, in which the
contents are gone after a labor batch has gone to a conclusion & if you have
data left there it might be debris from an update that bombed.

To see crew reporting, on first screen of JIT600 leave the employee field
empty but key in the rest of the stuff identifying the shop order & parts
made & scrapped, then the next screen is backflushing the components
associated with the part being made, then the next screen is the crew
reporting screen.
