We have had the occasion where orders get "stuck" and we want to completely remove them - Here is what we did: For ECH: CHMNDT W7DATE CHMNTM *TIME CHMNUS *USERID CHSTS1 *ZERO CHSTS2 *ZERO CHSTS3 *ZERO CHSTS4 *ZERO CHSTS5 1 HID 'CZ' For ecl: CLMNTM *TIME CLMNUS *USERID CLLPGM *PGMNAME LQSALL *ZERO LQALL *ZERO LQPCK *ZERO CLSTS1 *ZERO CLSTS2 *ZERO CLSTS3 *ZERO CLSTS4 *ZERO CLSTS5 1 LID 'ZL' Delete the IPP records for that order. Delete BBH and BBL records to be on the safe side (should be none except if order type 7 or 8). Delete any records on internal files that collect service level and/or open order info. -----Original Message----- From: THarteau@felkerbrothers.com [mailto:THarteau@felkerbrothers.com] Sent: Friday, September 07, 2001 2:36 PM To: bpcs-l@midrange.com Subject: Order deletion Hi, I have a user who is trying to delete an old order. All lines have been shipped complete. 3 lines had the status showing they were still open. This order is long gone, so I changed the status to C and 00001. I also changed the status on the header to be 00001. When I try to delete the order through order maintenance, I get the message 'This order cannot be deleted - some lines already have shipments against them. ' Any ideas on what I can do to get this order deleted? <===================================================> Terri Harteau **************** Civilization is doomed: children no longer obey their parents, crime is rampant, the world is becoming polluted and everywhere people fight unnecessary wars. >From a Babylonian tablet c. 4000 years ago **************** _______________________________________________ This is the SSA's BPCS ERP System (BPCS-L) mailing list To post a message email: BPCS-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/bpcs-l or email: BPCS-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/bpcs-l.
