Our shipping dept. cannot pick confirm customer orders at times. What I'll do is delete the record in the EWR file, then the customer order will show in pick confirm. I found this to work, but I'm wondering why? Why should I have to delete the record so our shipping dept. can process the order thru pick confirm? Are we doing something else wrong? Please advise.
