In order to stop this thread expanding into a discussion on what should or
should not be published in this forum I would like to clarify the
following:

1.   Tom Saprano (sixfeetunder01@yahoo.com) is not an employee of Nexgen
nor is he related to any employee of Nexgen, therefore his
recommendation of our service is no different to those of other users
recommending other products or services that they use or have heard of.
     Additionally, I am not aware of Nexgen approaching Tom and asking him
to promote our services and products on this forum.

2.   As Tom was responding to a direct question posted on the forum, I
believe he had the right to post his opinion.

3.   Nexgen invests significantly in marketing to and communicating with
the BPCS community; ads, trade shows and our quarterly news letter
     "Continuum".  We do not try to use this forum for advertizing as we
believe in adhering to the code of ethics of the forum.

I respect and applaud Chris's request to keep the forum free from blatant
sales propaganda.  My response is to ensure that Nexgen's reputation for
ethical business practices is not tarnished.

This is not the forum to advertise your product.
I have worked with SSA & SSA GT for 6 years.
In my experience with the SSA GT help line, it has been a far superior
service than before the acquisition.
