Sorry if you were offended by my suggestion.  I have
no relationship to the company that I suggested - it
was merely a response to the post. I assumed that the
gentleman who requested the information about training
would have gone to SSA first for the training
information or must have found it lacking in the past
hence his request for information on this forum.  BTW,
he was asking for training support, not helpline
support - there is a significant difference.
