Dear Mr.Norris,

I am not clear about your second point. But, the first
one, I have done it several times using Power Builder.
 I do it by converting an excel sheet into a text file
and will read the same thru power builder to update
the KMR file.

We can even automate the whole process, I mean, if
there is a need.
