this is just a caution. the original posting mentioned SFC650 labor tickets. 
these are separate from INV500 inventory transactions. when we looked at RTDCS 
is did not support SFC650 labor tickets. that was a couple of years ago, i do 
not know whether this support has been added or not! if all you are looking for 
is INV500 transactions there are several vendors that support these.

My name is Jerry Kolet and I am a Business Consultant for SSA Global
Technologies. I have demonstrated the RTDCS data collection solution to some of
our existing clients. RTDCS  (Real Time Data Collection Solutions) is a business
partner of SSAGT                                  and the product name is RTCIM.
It is FULLY integrated with BPCS. Any INV500 transaction can be performed in any
version from 4.05.  through 6.x. It only runs on the AS400!

It's a very cost effective solution to data collection problems and can be
implemented very quickly!
