You need to discover the job descriptions used for the prints that go to
the wrong queue. Then check the spool file controls within the job
description. Use WRKOBJ for ORD508O and look for a file of type PRTF. Is
there more than one in the users library list? The one highest up will
control the output queue used. Check the device and output queue
parameters within the prtf. Are you using tools like ROBOT, someone may
have set a configuration which diverts the spool file from its expected
destination. Use wrkobj for ord508* and look for duplicate program names
in the user library list, someone may have modified objects in their
library list.
