There is a BMR for this problem with Order Acknowledgement printing in batch
not using the workstation settings. You can call the Helpline about this or
check on
OGS for the BMR number.

To work around, each user in their Order Entry preferences F15, if they are
set up for Batch job submission, they MUST leave the PRINTING set to
'Interactive'.

Since the ORD job will already be running in batch, the printing will also
run in batch.

What happens when you have them both set to batch is that a second batch job
is submitted away from the first batch job, and the job is losing the
workstation name, so it can't find any workstation settings and therefore it
uses the defaults in SSASYS for printing. This is a bug.
