I login through the "Clients" button. I can navigate 'OGS OnLine' -> 'Product
Support' ->, but there is no "Availability" folder
displayed. I can find a document titled "IBM OS400 V4R5" with the following
navigation:

'OGS OnLine' -> 'New Developments' -> 'Product News' -> 'Solutions Mgt.' ->
'IBM OS400 V4R5'

Thank you for your support,
Mark

>Maybe it's just my browser but the following "path" doesn't exist!
>OGS OnLine\Product Support\Availability\Platform

Sorry for confusion, I tried not to be too detailed, by putting only the above
"path". It only meant to show the way of navigating through the site in order to
access this document, not the real path. The more appropriate would have been:

'OGS OnLine' -> 'Product Support' -> 'Availability' -> 'Platform'

which means:

1. login to OGS web site ogs.ssax.com, by using your user ID and password

2. on the left side of the screen you will a tree-like structure whose "root" is
called OGS OnLine and has red background

3. click on the '+' sign on the left side of the "sub-folder" called 'Product
Support' (second one bellow the root)

4. click on the '+' sign on the left side of the "sub-folder" called
'Availability' (first one bellow the 'Product Support' sub-folder)

5. click on the Word document called 'Platforms' (second bellow the
'Availability' sub-folder). You should see its content on the right side of the
screen in a matter of seconds.

Hope this is more clear.
Regards,
Goran
