The answer to both questions is: yes.
Please refer to the 'BPCS Platform Availability' document which can be found on
OGS web site http://ogs.ssax.com, under the folder:

OGS OnLine\Product Support\Availability\Platform

You still need to follow recommendations specific for your OS/400 release as
outlined in IBM informational APAR II11801 which has already been mentioned on
this list previously.
