As I am always suspicious in this kind of problems, I would recommend you to make sure you also go through the list of any BMRs you've applied since your last successful month end because this problem might have been a 'user problem' where some process has not been performed or finished properly, but also by some new fix in one of the programs updating ILI , accidentally allowing this value to go bellow 0, or BMR not being properly installed so that there is a mismatch between programs communicating with affected programs.
