What you state is my case.  I have 504 ILI records with ID='LI' but -0- with
the Last Sequence Number greater then 0.

Now I have to find out why after 26 month ends, the last two have not worked
as far as INV903x is concerned.  Somebody has changed something or not doing
something & I need to talk to the people responsible for the inventory
processes.  I will do some experimenting on my test machine to figure out
what I need to do to remedy this situation.

Thanks Goran for your answer.  I didn't look at INV903's code (and in
hindsight I probably should have done that) & I'm not real familiar with
what it all should be doing so it's nice to have a person that knows explain
the concept in easy to understand terms.
