Hey - I had the same problem. I am on the same version etc.   It ran and
updated the parm for month-end but didn't roll anything over.  I changed the
logging to show what it was doing - no errors.  No files in use, no balance
in ILI or IWI too high. It hasn't worked since Aug 27 at our shop.  I
actually wrote my own program and ran it instead.
When I copied files and ran it in test a few days later with the same ILI
etc.  It worked just fine.
Help!
