If you query the '#' transactions in ITH file (by part number in question)
and look at the ttdte and thuser and thtime you should be able to find out

which cost set?
actuals change as part of the CST900 process.
are you using the configurator product? if so it does a cost roll-up as
part of each configuration. there is a system parameter that tells which
cost set to perform the roll-up in.

and my last thought would be, do you have users entering costs and
performing cost roll-ups, perhaps unknown to the mis dept?

Does anyone know why standard cost change ? if we did not run Load
standard from routing or cost set roll up.
