> What do you mean when you say the index is 'getting corrupt again & again' > ?? Can you give more detail? Is the object damaged? Or do you have duplicate > records? What exactly is the nature of the corruption? We have occasionally had corrupted data in which two or more records have the same order # but really belong to different customers & every time I find this, I can explain it via klutz in DFU. As far as quality of SSA software, the type of problem that we might call corrupt data base is the volume of garbage records, not all of which we can explain, some of which I have mentioned in other posts, such as no provision to purge customer orders that are history, except by individually deleting them.
