This topic comes up regularly. Look back through the Archives at midrange.com. I think there were a couple of responses that provided something close to what you are looking for. If I remember correctly George Sagen provided an Access database back in April 1999.

SSA Canada has a series of Excel Spreadsheets which outline DB Relations,

Canadian customers. I also know from talking to them that their Chicago
office has something similar. These are for Version 6.1.01 but most

of worms. I'm new to BPCS.
