ACR 500 - UNISSUED DOCUMENTS -- BPCS-L

We are on version 6.0.02  mix mode

When we  are attempting  to create an RP/RD/RC document through ACR500 ,
normally when we quit ( F3) half-way through, the document gets an RRID = ZP,
ZD, or ZC and RREF = 'UNISSUED". However, at times , documents are created with
a valid RRID but with the RREF field "UNISSUED". We could not figure out  why
this happens.

Anybody can help us with some suggestion?
