Just to add what Swaminathan says,

we couldnot figure out under what circumstances the system is creating
'UNISSUED' with valid  IDs
"RP/RD/RC". These are affecting the figures in certain reports. The only way out
is to delete these entries from RAR.

Dear Ahmed,

I agree with you about the logic. However, at times we are getting documents
with RREF = "UNISSUED"  but  RRID = "RP/RD/RC"  .

How does this happen?
