  • Subject: Account Rec. Processing- Workstation Locked Up

We are on BPCS 6.02 M/M Mar Cum with all current PTFs/ recommended BMR's.

We have a problem where a workstation locked up/dropped while in the middle
of accounts receivable processing. This has left 3 records in the RAR file
stuck in limbo (Record ID set to TP and a non-blank workstation ID). These
records do not show up in ACR300 or in the Dispositioning Screen (ARP500).

Does anyone know of the proper way of freeing these records up so that they
flow on through the system?
