Thanks for the feedback.  Our seventh bucket is waste and we have written a
program to create the amount for this bucket along with rolling it up into
bucket zero.  When we ran CST600 it re-added buckets one through six and
left out seven.  So the important part will be not to rerun CST600 a second
time, but it makes us a little nervous to think that accidents can happen.
The curious thing, which the accounting dept just told me, is that CST300
shows the summary correctly, because it adds up the buckets rather than
reading bucket zero.  

At this point, we are unwilling to put BMRs on because they require changes
to many, many, many programs.  But, planning to go to 6.1 soon, so we will
make sure we test this.
