RE: V4R4 and logon in Bpcs

Check the IBM APAR for recommended PTFs, I feel that this problem has been
solved. Direct your attention to the "Signon to BPCS slow with ... "

Hi all,
I did an upgrade from V4R2 to V4R4 of OS/400, I noticed a new problem seems
to be related to this upgrade. When I log on BPCS it takes about 30-40
seconds to logon and when I saw the joblog of newi job I found this message,

  NEWILIB type *MEM was not available.                                      
Recovery  . . . :   Try the request again when the object is available.     

Did some body knows about that and how to fix That?
