Rick, I've never experienced what sounds like the spontaneous migration of order line status, is it possible that occassionally the operator accidentally confirms at the order level? The last maintained time entry in affected ECL might provide some insight. TJ >>> RickCarter@holley.com 03/30 9:22 AM >>> BPCS Version 6.1 Mixmode AS400 e730 We've been on the 6.1 system since late November 1999 and we've had this problem happen twice since then. The latest being yesterday. Our shipping dept. does the pick confirm process at the detail line level, always. Yesterday, we had roughtly 100 orders jump status from pick confirm to ready for ship confirm. The shipping clerk was working on one order and then they noticed all these other orders had jumped. It appears that all the proper statuses were completed for these orders that jumped and they look as if they were actually done one at a time. "B" transactions were created, etc but these automatically jumped on their own. Anyone else seen this problem. We've also had order line numbers on the order be different when they print on the picking ticket. Anyone else with similiar issues. +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +--- +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
