Hi Rick, I think a better idea would be to set the TSTAT field to "Y" for all # and C transactions. That way, they won't be on the ITHL09 logical which drives the CEA post and you won't have to delete anything from ITH. I would do that monthly. --Paul Holstein iWork Software ----Original Message Follows---- From: "Warren, Rick" <RWarren@burco.com> Reply-To: BPCS-L@midrange.com To: "'BPCS-L@midrange.com'" <BPCS-L@midrange.com> Subject: ITH transactions of the type # Date: Fri, 24 Mar 2000 09:51:38 -0500 MIME-Version: 1.0 Received: from [192.160.127.93] by hotmail.com (3.2) with ESMTP id MHotMailBAA4E39200CAD820F3B0C0A07F5D0F280; Fri Mar 24 08:32:22 2000 Received: (from uucp@localhost)by uucphost.mcs.net (8.9.3/8.8.8) with UUCP id KAA81152;Fri, 24 Mar 2000 10:30:37 -0600 (CST) Received: (from majordom@localhost)by linux.midrange.com (8.9.3/8.8.7) id JAA14623for bpcs-l-outgoing; Fri, 24 Mar 2000 09:01:04 -0600 Received: (from uucp@localhost)by linux.midrange.com (8.9.3/8.8.7) with UUCP id JAA14608for BPCS-L@midrange.com; Fri, 24 Mar 2000 09:01:01 -0600 Received: from issmtp01.interpath.net (issmtp01.interpath.net [216.48.1.21])by uucphost.mcs.net (8.9.3/8.8.8) with ESMTP id IAA70719for <BPCS-L@midrange.com>; Fri, 24 Mar 2000 08:55:00 -0600 (CST) Received: from comm_srv.burco.com ([216.48.36.253]) by issmtp01.interpath.net (Netscape Messaging Server 3.61) with ESMTP id AAA26CD for <BPCS-L@midrange.com>; Fri, 24 Mar 2000 09:54:58 -0500 From bpcs-l-owner@uucphost.mcs.net Fri Mar 24 08:35:24 2000 Message-ID: <D1181630F1D1D011AFBB006097295BCF812EB6@COMM_SRV> Sender: owner-bpcs-l@midrange.com Precedence: bulk X-List-Name: BPCS Users Mailing List (BPCS-L@midrange.com) We are AS/400 6.02 MM on OS/400 V4R4. We have looked at the description for the # transaction type and noticed it says "Cost Adjustment from CST/ACP". Our finance department ignores these transactions when they post to the general ledger so we are wondering if we could delete them from the ITH. Does anyone know if deleting them would create any problems? +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +--- ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
