Have you checked MRP300 to see if the reason is visible there (possibly pegged to something you are not expecting) Roel Bakker <RBakker@MhiMee To: "'BPCS-L@midrange.com'" .NL> <BPCS-L@midrange.com> Sent by: cc: owner-bpcs-l@mi Subject: Non related planned parts. drange.com 03/15/2000 09:23 AM Please respond to BPCS-L Fellow BPCS Victims. Could someone please help me out with the following problem: For some purchase parts, which are planned through MRP, requirements are planned which are not related to any order / forecast (planned) from MPS. F.I we have an item which has a safety stock of 2000 pcs, but at the end of this year, MRP has planned 300,000 parts! In MRP140 all settings are OK. Did anybody experience the same problem; what is the solution to this problem.
