Hi Martha, Do you have several shipments per loads ? Because for each shipment, there is one BOL#. That's may be an answer to you 'non sync.' of those two counters. I have had requests from several areas to bring them back the same to make people's lives easier. I know where to change them in the parameters and am seriously considering changing the lower one (BOL) to equal the higher one (load) at a time when no one is in the system... like period close. Going this direction I don't duplicate any numbers, I just skip 21 BOL numbers, they're never assigned to a load. Seems too simple, so it makes me nervous. Has anybody done this? What am I not thinking about? What's the gotcha in this one?
