PS - the ZPD file should NOT be on this list of files to automatically clear. It contains documents that SOME customers may wish to use in document reprinting functions. The decision on what to clear from this file and when should not be made randomly. Check with your applications users to find out which documents may need to be retained for reprinting and develop a methodology to clear the file via specific SQL statements to remove records past certain dates or only for certain document types. I also see no file called QQWRP in our 6.1.00 environment at SSA. There is, however a ZQWRP, and this is indeed a work file. The ZQW* files can be cleared by going to the OEAMNU (CALL OEAMNU) and taking the option to clear the TDR files. Users should be out of BPCS and batch processing finished before work files are cleared. Unfortunately there is no menu option to clean up the order entry work files, and this must be arranged in a CL program or the like.
