Freight Accrual System -- BPCS-L

Does anyone have any information or recommendations on a third party freight
accrual system, compatible with BPCS 4.0.5?  Financial things are certainly not
my expertise ... what I know about we're looking for is a way to generate
accruals for both inbound and outbound freight, and preferably not something
really complicated or difficult to install (isn't that what we always want?!)
This has suddenly become a hot topic for us, and I would be interested in anyone
else's experience.
