We use to have the same problem, so I created a second subsystem call qinter2. You can end subsystem QCMN and Qinter at monthend then have your I.T. people add a device description to the work station entry for Qinter2. Assuming you are using client access, you can then click on communications on your task bar then click disconnect. Next click communications again then click configure and enter the device description set up in Qinter2 by I.T. in the workstation box and click OK. Next click on communications again and connect. this should set up a workstation setting in Qinter2 only you can log onto. (unless someone else is using the devise ID) I renamed a couple of virtual devise desc. and always log onto these. Hope this helps...... If you need further clarification, I can be reached at 905-279-9100.
