Al Macintyre 405 CD thanks for your thoughts extremely relevant to our
situation.

Since we had modified INV300 top screen to show customer that end items are
being made for & info about revision level;
and since we installing Y2K BMRs including to INV300 that turned out to have
bugs in latest remembered keys logic preventing compliation;
I happened to be sticking my nose in there & noticed weired way INV300 gets
costs
... check out CST590 which substitutes CMF standard & actual cost for a
combination of Item Facility Set Bucket ... our BPCS version does NOT gets
its cost from CIC.

I could be mistaken but I thought CIC was only for "parent" items of MRP
planning, not raw materials planned. CIC is largely populated upon start of
item activity, not automatically updated when IIM changes.

If our co-worker is aware that he has to do CST100 deletion but not that he
also has to do MRP140 deletion, this might explain our INV100 deletions
problem, where he is saying he deleted the cost via CST100 but INV100 is
telling him the item has a cost so he may not delete that item yet.
