On thing I should mention is BPCS 5.1 is 90% ASSET. You will need to change ASSET as well as RPG source.
If you use a product to take the date back 28 years to give you time for a new MRP system to be implemented.

Depending on modification done it may be a good idea to switch to BPCS 405CD.
