Can I ask a silly question but what is a CEA program?

We are using BPCS V6.0.04. What you can do is do a monthly back-up of your
data
lib (suggested is before month-end close), then run the file purging
programs -
the xxx900 series programs eg. PUR900, ACP900, etc... This purge programs
will
delete all completed transactions in the subsystems and reduce the
transaction
file sizes. Then you can regularly run a file re-org (RGZPFM) for all the
primary transaction files (eg. ITH, HPH/HPO, APH/APL, AMH/AML, etc) If your
are
using CEA, i suggest you run a regular file reorg (say weekly) of the ZQWSP
and
ZQWRP files - these are work files where BPCS put records for use by CEA
programs. But for some reason BPCS does not delete the records after use by
a
CEA session. These files gets bigger and bigger.

Hope this helps.
