Check out http://www.arctools.com .  ARCTOOLS is an add-on product that will
add the archiving feature to the existing BPCS purge-only programs, it will
provide a very easy utility to purge and archive other files that have no
purge program, and it will provide a replacement for some of the existing
purge programs that run too long or lock the files for extended periods of
time.

There are several BPCS users already using ARCTOOLS.
