Even though you mentioned your users do not want laser printers, I think its
another viable option.  At several of my clients I recommended the purchase of
a Forms-generating software package (EZPrint).  By using EZPrint, you will
avoid the expense and hassle of pre-printed forms.  A single laser printer
could be used to print multiple forms.  Its a lot easier to change a form in
EZprint.  If you're printing checks, its also more secure.  No need to keep
blank checks lying around - EZPrint will generate them on the fly.
