Hello Robert,

We asked BPCS to fix his problem when we were on BPCS 3.1 as well as 6.002.
I am glad they finally addressed this issue, I will ask for the fix for
6.002.

If you are running BPCS 405CD, at release level 2 or less, The order notes
are deleted at billing time when the order is complete. A BMR # 50256 (Jun
99) changes this to retain the order notes.
