If you are running BPCS 405CD, at release level 2 or less, The order notes
are deleted at billing time when the order is complete. A BMR # 50256 (Jun
99) changes this to retain the order notes.

Subject: Order Notes

>I just heard from our Customer Service Department that they never get order
>notes or order line notes when reprinting an invoice. They got dinged for
>it in a QS-9000 audit. I looked at the EHN and find that there are no
notes
>of any kind on it since 08/31/98. That means it only has notes from the
>first month we were live.
>So I wonder two things:
>1. Has anybody else had the problem?
>2. Are we missing something at month-end, or is it just coincidence
>that we have exactly one month's worth of notes?
