"850" probably refers to the kind of EDI data set - PO releases or whatever
"3010" probably refers to the international standard of EDI - that is an old
standard that is probably not Y2K compliant
"partner" probably refers to the other company that you are doing business
with

Are you sure the word is "Agreement"?

If it is "Acknowlegement" that has a totally different meaning related to a
kind of electronic signature that you got their data - there is like a hash
file that goes back to the sender with totals of the kinds of records you
got, which they can compare with what they sent to make sure no bits & bytes
lost in transmission, and also as confirmation when you processed in their
data.

"Agreement" might refer to some electronic paperwork from that partner

I suspect some variables might have been parsed wrong- that is one weird
context.
