TLE SERVICE PAC..HELP

I have installed the new TLE 3.2.1.
Now I am trying to install the service packs and the ODI communication.

I did as they say...LODRUN....*first.

It copies its files and stuff...prompts for the library name to update...I 
press 
Enter..and get message that if failed. 

When I try SP_INSTALL...i get a failure too.

Any suggestions?
