I have set up several clients with with Harbinger and ECM.

There is some capibility depending on the transactions you will be
processing. What transactions are you looking for?

In your version of BPCS the following are available

850 - Out and inbound
810 - Out and inbound
830 - Inbound Interface with RMS
862 - Inbound Interface with RMS

All documents are available in 6.1
