Subject: RE: Green Screen vs. GUI
If you want to stick with green screen I would recommend BPCS 405 CD.
It is Y2K complaint. This version will still require a bigger machine.
Perhaps up to 4 times what you got.If you went with a 6. version of BPCS you would need a lot more maybe 18 times or more what you have.
BPCS 1.0 was originally designed to run on a System 38 right?
Do you have heavy modifications to?Best Regards,
Roger

Subject: Green Screen vs. GUICan anyone share their comments with me regarding early releases of BPCS
using "green screen" vs. the newer "GUI" releases. I understand the GUI
releases require much more horsepower.Believe it or not, we run BPCS 1.0 (that is not a typeo - we are actually
using one-point-oh) but have been given the mandate to go to 6.?Thank You,
