We have employee turn-over. We add new people to OS/400, SSA Security, User
Menus. We remove former employees from OS/400, but their names stick around
in BPCS 405 CD.

I wrote a Query off ZMAL03 to list menu support by user, which is a big help
manageing people growth in responsibilities = what menus should they be
connected to, and also in recognizing names of folks who had been taken off
OS/400 security.

How do I get rid of folks in SYS600 who are no longer with the company? I
have another query off ZSC to chart by application who all has what kind of
clearance & the data shows people gone from OS/400 security, whom I deleted
from BPCS security .... is there some program to reorg BPCS security files, or
is that up to SSA customer to fill the gap?

I wear many hats & one of them is managing security.
